- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained sweet corn, drained diced jalapeños, softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
- Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Step 4: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Step 5: Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
- Step 6: Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
