- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: In a medium saucepan, bring the broth to a boil. Add the orzo and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked orzo with the basil pesto, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Step 4: Transfer the orzo mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Step 5: Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Step 7: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
