  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup for serving

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Prepare your baking dish by greasing it with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Step 2: Cut the brioche bread into cubes and spread evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
