  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans optional

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined and smooth.
