  • 2 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes with melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Step 3: Grease your baking dish and transfer the coated potatoes into the dish, spreading them out evenly.
  4. Step 4: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
