- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Blend until smooth.
- Step 3: Stir in the diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly mixed.
- Step 4: Spoon the dip mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Step 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Step 6: Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
- Step 7: Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
You can prepare the dip a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator. Just bake it when you’re ready to serve.
