- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup. This mixture forms the flavorful base of your creamer.
- Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently to combine the ingredients and prevent them from sticking or burning. Heat the mixture until it is warm but not boiling.
- Step 3: Once the mixture is heated, remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt.
- Step 4: Allow the creamer to cool to room temperature before transferring it to a storage container.
- Step 5: Transfer the cooled creamer to a clean jar or container with a tight-fitting lid. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute heavy cream and milk with coconut milk or any plant-based milk. Adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
