Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9x9-inch baking pan.
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, softened butter, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder. Use a fork or pastry cutter to mix until crumbly.
