  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic minced
For the Salad
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 4 cups mixed greens a combination of spinach, arugula, and lettuce works well.

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped cucumber, fresh dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
