  • 1 cup grated zucchini about 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  3. Step 3: In a medium bowl, combine grated zucchini, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Step 4: In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Step 5: Add granulated sugar and brown sugar to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
