- Step 1: Grease your 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

- Step 4: Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread cubes, gently press down the bread, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
- Step 5: The next morning, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Step 7: Allow the casserole to cool slightly for about 10 minutes before serving warm with maple syrup.
Notes
