Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches with the granulated sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cornstarch, and ground cinnamon. Stir until the peaches are well-coated.
  3. Step 3: Pour the peach mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
