  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk whole milk preferred
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup to drizzle on top before baking

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
