For the Garlic Knots
  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Step 3: Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal pieces.
  4. Step 4: Roll each piece into a rope about 8 inches long and tie it into a knot.
  5. Step 5: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, parsley, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Step 6: Brush the knots with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Step 7: Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
