  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk whole milk or 2% preferred
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup grade A or B for richer flavor
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pecans chopped (you can use walnuts for a different flavor)
  • Additional maple syrup for serving

Method
