- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add finely chopped red onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant.

- Step 7: Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden.
- Step 8: Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
