- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
- Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- Step 5: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the zucchini mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in any optional nuts or chocolate chips.
- Step 6: Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Step 7: Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Step 8: Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
