Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your smoker to a temperature of 225°F (107°C).
  2. Step 2: Pat the beef ribs dry with paper towels. Rub the ribs evenly with olive oil.
  3. Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  4. Step 4: Generously apply the spice rub to the beef ribs, covering all sides.
  5. Step 5: Place the seasoned beef ribs in the smoker with the bone side facing down. Add a disposable aluminum pan filled with beef broth.
