- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the cup of plain Greek yogurt and softened cream cheese. Using an electric mixer or a whisk, mix until smooth and well blended.
- Step 2: Gradually fold in the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir gently to keep the mixture light and airy.
- Step 3: Add the finely chopped jalapeños to the mixture and mix until evenly distributed.
- Step 4: Sprinkle in the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
- Step 5: Transfer the dip to a serving dish and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.
- Step 6: Serve your Smoky Jalapeño Bacon-Free Dip immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
Notes
This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for a quick snack throughout the week. Dips often taste better the next day as the flavors meld together.
