  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Place whole jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 15-20 minutes until blistered and charred.
  3. Step 3: Remove jalapeños, let cool, then chop after removing stems and seeds.
  4. Step 4: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  5. Step 5: Fold in chopped jalapeños, ensuring even distribution.
  6. Step 6: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Step 7: Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
