- Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 4: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, finely chopped red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Step 5: Pour the prepared dressing over the pasta mixture. Using a spatula or tongs, toss everything together until the pasta and vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.
