  • 1 cup cream cheese softened

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2-3 fresh jalapeños seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped (for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Use a spatula to mix until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish. Spread it evenly across the dish.
  4. Step 4: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Step 5: After removing the dip from the oven, let it cool slightly for about 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

This dip can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Just bake it until heated through when ready to serve.
