- Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until well combined and a thick consistency forms.
- Step 2: Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the lined 9x9 inch baking pan.
- Step 3: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Step 4: Pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Step 5: In another microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and remaining 1 tablespoon of butter. Repeat the melting process.
- Step 6: Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the semi-sweet chocolate layer and swirl with a knife or toothpick.
- Step 7: Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Step 8: Once set, remove the bars from the pan and cut into squares or rectangles.
Notes
These bars can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
